Absolute worst

This hotel is a joke! I booked 3 weeks in advance for a hockey tournament. I called 3 days before arrival, they confirmed. Upon arrival, go to check in… they didn’t have a room! They claimed they over booked. The hockey team had booked together, they claimed they were giving us a deal.. but online it was $50/ night cheaper. Then proceeded to ask each individual person for an additional $20 per night. Scammers. They also said to the people that actually were given rooms that if they paid cash, they’d give $80 off. They didn’t care that me and my family had no where to stay for the night and still charged my credit card from the initial time of booking and claimed they “didn’t know how to refund”. Unbelievable
